New series start almost every week and meet via teleconference for two consecutive hours a week, once a week, for twelve weeks. If you have to miss a session, you can listen to an audio file of your missed session. Upon completion of this Series, you will be able to elicit people's best thinking, including your own, so they and you can accomplish important outcomes. You'll also be able to identify yourself as an Intrinsic Coach®, use the Intrinsic Coach® logo, wear the Intrinsic Coach® pin, have access to the Intrinsic Coach® community, and have a readily available way to develop your coaching in any direction you choose, through www.IntrinsicCoach.com. My entire approach to people has shifted and that primarily comes from looking at people from the asset approach. For me, there is just no going back. I will continue to build on that, using all the skills we’ve talked about right from the first hour. It really is, at its core, viewing people quite differently then I did twelve weeks ago. And it’s not just one little thing but rather a whole different approach, a different way of looking at things, and entire shift for me. I am still getting my arms around it but I can’t ever go back. The entire 12 weeks of Intrinsic Coach® training was such a special experience for me. The trusting that had to occur throughout the process was humbling and the opportunity to learn from a variety of individual perspectives rewarding. As a student of history (and ancient cultures in particular) I was reminded, by this concept of "axiology" and "intrinsic thinking," of the works of Joseph Campbell and the like who have shared numerous stories about how communities welcomed their newborn into the world with such promise, expectation and support - in other words, acknowledging their purpose and VALUE! I have a new found hope that this concept and practice will begin to pervade every personal and professional venue, resulting in a shift that will strike a chord in us all that "We innately have everything we need and all the time we need to accomplish what we want in this life."
